Are you a small business in Kansas City? KR-HR will be conducting a free class open to the public titled, “Engaging and Retaining Top Talent: The What, Why and How,” on May 24, 2017, 8 – 9:30 a.m. at Arvest Bank (7401 W. 135th St., Overland Park, Kan.).
 
The featured speaker, Karen Hughey, owner of KR-HR, has designed the class to help small business owners learn what to do and how to create a highly-engaged workforce and sustainable competitive advantage. 
 
Founded by Karen Hughey, a HR leader with more than 20 years of experience in multiple industries and geographic locations, KR-HR is a PeopleFocused advising firm. The firm specializes in making HR manageable and giving business owners the confidence it’s done correctly.
